Welcome to Clairemont Village Pet Clinic

Led by Dr. Perry Diamond and a team of compassionate technicians and administrative staff, the full-service animal hospital in San Diego, CA, maintains its focus on providing quality caregiving to pet patients and a supportive atmosphere for pet owners.

Clairemont Veterinary Services

Our pet clinic provides convenience along with quality care, which makes us a one-stop destination for all of your pet's needs.

Our clinic's standard medical services begin with a wellness check where your pet is thoroughly checked to determine if there are any health issues, followed by annual vaccines. From there, one-on-one personalized care continues throughout your pet's life with preventative care to ensure they remain healthy. Services can begin from the time they are first born and continue to the time your pet reaches senior pet status.

The clinic also specializes in surgical procedures, such as spay and neuter surgery or in the event of an emergency situation. We are equipped with a lab, radiology facilities for taking x-rays, and an intensive care unit. We also provide veterinary care to maintain your pet's dental health. For added convenience, we have an in-house pharmacy.

With all the services available at our clinic, not only does it make it convenient for our clients, but it also makes it less stressful for pets, as all of their medical care and attention can be provided at one location that they are used to.

Our Vet Pets

Our clinic's services and our experienced staff are diversified when it comes to the types of pets that we can care for at Clairemont. Along with dogs and cats, we also have select veterinarians to care for other pet types, which include rabbits, pocket pets, birds, pot-belly/Juliana pigs, small farm animals, and turtles or tortoises.

  • "Dr. Diamond,

Your compassion and kindness to our "Star" was greatly appreciated."
    Sincerely, Rose Kush
  • "Dr. Diamond,

I know that I always tell you how wonderful you are to "Nala" and I. But just by the amount of patients you have tells me that other clients feel the same way! You never make us feel like you are rushed. You make sure that we know you care for each and every pet. I have raised many dogs and went to many vets in my lifetime. But never had such a wonderful vet as you. It is very hard to compare any vet to you, because you my friend, are in a class of your own! God bless you, Dr. Diamond. Thank you soooo much for caring about us."
    Sincerely, Michelle & "Nala"
  • "Dear Dr. Diamond and all of your wonderful pet angels,

I was touched to receive your beautiful card and you all wrote messages! That is incredibly special. As you all are. I am so grateful for your loving expertise with caring for all our dogs, but especially Spike. He lived longer and better thanks to your care. May 28th was a shockingly sad day but I just kept focusing then and now on your kindness and gentleness."
